Headaches can be caused by cervical or spinal misalignment or what we call subluxation, that affect the proper functioning of the nerves. Other causes for headaches may be muscle spasms found in the upper cervical region or the suboccipital muscles, or hormonal and vascular disorders.

The in-office treatments we provide for headaches include chiropractic manipulation using high velocity pulsations and low impact thrusts to help restore the proper alignment and function of affected joints, manual massage, manual cervical traction as well as physical therapy. All this is complemented by stretching rehabilitation exercises, along with instruction in proper posture both in vertical and horizontal positions.
